With an area of 67 m², it offers plenty of space for 2 people and is located on the upper floor of our building, which is on a quiet residential street, with a separate entrance. Our guest terrace, complete with a beach chair, invites you to relax. The apartment is situated in a green area but also centrally located, about 10–15 minutes by car from Lübeck and the Baltic Sea, including the seaside resorts of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to get to the train station and the bus stop.

The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

Our small apartment is located in Ratekau in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 8 km from the Baltic Sea and 10 km from Lübeck. Both can be reached very easily by car, bus or quite comfortably by bike. After a nice day trip, the day can end wonderfully in the evening sun on the balcony of the 55 sqm non-smoking apartment on two floors.
