Our apartment is a cozy 1-room apartment near the beach (2-3 minutes walking). The sunny roof terrace is perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Niendorf was originally a small fishing village, which belongs to Timmendorfer Strand. Fishing boats still enter the Niendorf harbour and fresh fish is sold. The pier offers a beautiful view of the Brodtner Steilufer & wonderful sunsets. The apartment for 2 people with sea view and balcony is directly across the street. The apartment is about 62 sqm and bright & sunny. It offers a view over the vast Baltic Sea with sailboats.
