Perfect for holidaymakers, trade fair visitors and temporary living! Free parking along the street is possible without any problems (unfortunately NOT on the property)

Luxurious 2 room apartment (plus 2 bath rooms and balcony) for up to 4 people located centrally at Cologne Southtown with easy connection to highways and access to public transportation and trade fair center (7 min with subway, 2 stops). To the shopping mile at Schildergasse and Cologne’s best Christmas market at Heumarkt it’s just 10min to walk. Southtown of Cologne offers many café’s and various restaurants in all price categories in walking distance. Absolutely no parties allowed!
