We occasionally rent our apartment with about 30 square meters of living space. It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne Kalk. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but you will be in all of Cologne's top locations in no time, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the trade fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also the airport (20 minutes) or the highway (5 minutes).

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Immerse yourself in the heyday of the Monschau textile industry. The Scheibler family built another spacious villa here in 1785, next to the city's landmark, the Red House. The old furniture and the ancestors on the walls testify to the splendor of the past. A well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher is available as well as cozy box-spring beds for the night and Wi-Fi and satellite TV with Netflix subscription. The Bel-Etage is located on the ground floor of the house.

There is a spacious waterfall shower here. The "highlight" of the Gründerzeit villa, our large garden with old trees invites you to linger and relax.
