Unser Haus bietet Platz für die ganze Familie und liegt nur 20 Minuten entfernt vom Dom, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Phantasialand.

Well located in the "21st apartment" in Düsseldorf. This approx. 40 sqm apartment is in a great location, quiet and absolutely central, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Within walking distance through a beautiful park, you can reach Königsallee in 10 minutes, or in the other direction, the modern media harbor. The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.

The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.
