The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. For bookings longer than 7 days, weekly interim cleaning of the apartment will be carried out at a price of €30.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.

Two e-bikes can be rented by our guests for day or multi-day tours. Contactless check-in and check-out via the key box is possible.

The renovated attic apartment with 2 rooms, private roof terrace and luxurious bathroom is part of our house in the middle of Königswinter (Attention: no full kitchen!): A perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides and discoveries in the Siebengebirge. Thanks to the good connection to public transport, Bonn and the Rhineland can be reached quickly - ideal for both leisure activities and business trips.
