NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

My place is in close proximity to the mountains, Lake Chiemsee and other smaller lakes. The surroundings offer leisure activities for athletes, but also exhibitions and museums. The small apartment is located in a 100 year old courtyard in Bernau am Chiemsee on the 1st floor and has a large living room and bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen with a corner table and a bathroom. Please note: the highway is within sight of the farm!
