The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Ausserdem verfügt die Wohnung über ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie eine gesonderte Toilette. Mit jeweils Nord-/Südausrichtung finden sie 2 Balkone, um die Sonne zu geniessen. Auch im Esszimmer fühlen sich die Abende in gemütlicher Runde sehr kurzweillig an. Am besten ist es, sie probieren es einmal aus.

Mein kleines Reihenhaus verfügt über drei Etagen, ist ca. 100 qm groß und steht auf einem fast 300 qm großem Grundstück. Ich wohne in dem Haus und ziehe aus, wenn Gäste kommen. Zum Rhein und der Bonn International School sind es etwa 1 km. Die Rheinaue, die Postbank, das WCCB und die Telekom befinden sich im Umkreis von maximal 4 km. Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen.Da ich sehr alte Nachbarn habe und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, sind Partys und Veranstaltungen verboten. Nachtruhe: 22: Uhr

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
