In our small cozy apartment near the Rottach center, we warmly invite you to a relaxing time. There are a variety of restaurants & bars within walking distance. A supermarket, a drugstore, a gas station and a bakery are only about 300 meters away. Fresh sheets and towels are of course provided. Other amenities include a Nespresso machine, a small fridge (minibar), Bluetooth speakers and a cool welcome beer.

Lakefront apartment

Our bright and friendly holiday apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The jetty for the boat is opposite, as well as a public car park, which, however, only allows free parking for half an hour and is then very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central car park Tegernsee.
