This is a great little place to stay for a short trip. Buraks place has lots of amenities and it is very easy to communicate with him. The lady we met was very polite and helpful, answering any questions we had. The location is nice and quiet but is only about a 10 minute walk to the train station. I would recommend this Airbnb!

The apartment is easy to get to and was very clean. The environment is pretty quiet so my overnight stay at the property was relaxed.

we couldn't find any of the 2 Wi-Fi accounts or the pocket Wi-Fi on the balcony as described. But it was just one night so we did not ask the landlord about it I’m sure if I did there would be a solution. shower holder and kettle really needed repair. a longer shower curtain would be nice so water doesn’t get everywhere in the wc after a shower. Other than that everything was great. the place is warm and location is perfect. there is a Rewe of decent size that opens till 2400 in 10 min walk. stylish interior design. We loved it

Great room, very clean and tidy! Next to Marienplatz, easy to walk till city center by foot. The only problem is that the area is uphill and you can’t walk easily on the way back. But there are really good connections with bus and U-Bahn. Stephanie is a great host and always available to answer questions and help her guests. Totally recommended!!!

From communication to uncomplicated check-in and check-out, everything is really great! The bed linen also smelled good and the bed was extremely comfortable - more comfortable than I expected. In the morning, Stephanie also made it easy for me to spontaneously extend my checkout until half past ten. You should only know that everything is pretty noisy, but since no one made excessive noise, it was actually no problem. Thanks for the uncomplicated stay!

Stephanie was very friendly and quick on communication. The room has good location, in a walking distance to subway stations. The room and bathroom was very clean as well. Surely will stay there again.

We stayed at List5 to celebrate the New Year. And I have to say among our 30+ stays with AirBnb in the last 2 years, this is definitely one of our best. The room was super clean, which is the most important criteria for us to choose a stay. Also the room was well equipped and decorated. To reach the city center, you can easily use the bus (3 min away) or walk all the way there (20min+). Thank you so much for a great stay!

Bright, friendly room in a cool old-style apartment on the mezzanine floor, relatively central yet quiet, about 5 minutes' walk to the tram. Very nice hosts, to whom you can see the wish that their guests feel comfortable. On arrival a carafe of fresh water in the room - great; likewise tea bags; I was allowed to use the kitchen and unexpectedly even got a coffee in the morning. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Would love to come back.

Unfortunately Alexandra and I didn't get to know each other personally, but during my short stay for one night everything was fine! The room is small but nice, facing the street, but with shutters and the bed was comfortable. Everything you needed was available in the apartment. Thank you again!

Alex's AirBnb is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Stuttgart, in a quiet location with direct access to the subway and bus. Everything as described, I had a good time and will be back :)

Great location, ideal for a short trip to Stuttgart!

The apartment was fine. It was not cold because there was heating. The toilet toilet is public, which you share with the community. For the rest everything very well.

Location is very nice (close to center), if you follow the instructions - self check in/out is very easy. Johannes is always fast in replies and helped with everything we needed, also he always worried if everything was fine. If you don't have sleepers with you, you better get one, because the floor is a little cold, but using 2 heaters - is fine. There's also kitchen if you wanna cook something. In total, we were satisfied being there for 2 nights.

The accommodation offers everything you need. The equipment is very varied, so that everything is available for cooking, for example. Parking is also only a 3-minute walk away. We would book the accommodation again next time.

Very nice apartment, functional, tastefully decorated and full of little touches on arrival! Entering the premises is very easy. The neighborhood is a bit noisy but that does not detract from the charm and the ideal location of the accommodation. Nothing to say about the cleanliness and the quality of the equipment.

Nina was easy to get hold of, in our case we got in touch with her over WhatsApp calls and messages. Checking in was easy and convenient, Nina offered explicit instructions for self check in. The home was located within a stone throw away from Rathaus tram station. The building was at a quiet corner with little human traffic. The home is located on the 3rd level. There was no elevator and visitors have to lug their belongings down and then up a flight of wooden stairs. Home was very nicely furnished. There were adequate space for kitchen, living area, bedroom and even a small balcony. Sound proofing was almost non existent. We can always hear the surroundings clearly in the dead of the night. Nina provides earbuds for this purpose. All in all a decent space to stay in, with great transportation links in the form of U14 tram from Rathaus station to Stuttgart hbf. Thank you Nina! :)

Wonderful place.

Nina's accommodation is really great. The information is correct and once it arrives, the apartment also exceeds expectations. The location is great and super central. The decor is very tasteful and with attention to detail and everything is super clean. Nina was very kind and accommodating as a host. The price / performance ratio is just right. So in one sentence: 1A stay and gladly again at any time.

The apartment is sparkling clean, with modern decoration. Bathroom and kitchen are both filled with complete amenities. The apartment is right at the city centre with walkable distance to the subway , trams, shops and restaurants. However it could get quite some noise in the evening as the bars are close by. However the host is very thoughtful to provide ear plugs. Check in is easy with clear descriptions. The host is very prompt and quick in replying our questions and requests.

Irmgard is a great host, she let me check in late, as my train was delayed and made sure that the apartment had everything needed for the stay (including fresh fruit and flowers). The apartment is located in a great area, with lots of supermarkets around and it is close to the ubahn&bus stops. The rooms have a very cozy vibe, full of light and sparkling clean. I will definitely return here if I get the chance.

This is our second time at Irmgard and, as always, we are absolutely thrilled. Super clean, very stylish and the location is great. The Rewe is within walking distance of the apartment. A delightful little apartment under the roof. Just the thing for guests who love cleanliness, good facilities and their privacy. You can be at the train station in Untertürkheim in a few minutes - but the apartment is still nestled in the residential area on a hillside. Everything was great from booking to checkout. Alexandra is a wonderful host.

Around the apartment was really quiet and the church bell were ringing in the morning which gave me good morning. I will stay there again when I will go to Stuttgart next time.

The staying here is convenient and comfortable. The apartment is located in a peaceful block. The room is orderly and the hot-water supply system is perfect so that we're able to take a relaxing bath. The landlord provides luggage deposit service for us, which helps us a lot. The internet speed at home is very fast. With Amazon TV stick, it is very convenient to watch NetFly. There are legal parking spaces on the side of the road, which are very cheap. If you have a lot of luggage, try to grab the parking space as soon as possible.

Clean accommodation 1A as tasted, flexible handling, be it with the handover of the keys to the return, everything went smoothly and all respect. I personally talked to Ivana, it was always a little pagatele, as a guest you should also contribute to the good climate.

Despite i didn't meet Ivana, comunication was fluent. Ivana's appartment is confy, close to. Enter walking, with supermarkets and connection with buses and metro. Room is big and comfy, like rest of appartment, quite. 100% recomended

Flat is in a very good position and it is clean. If you like silence like me, it is perfect.

Close to the station and just a short walk away is DM REWE for easy shopping. There is also Burger King, and above all, the host is free. It was really comfortable to stay for 5 days because there is no interference and the necessary care is the host. This was the best than the others. And clean.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, it offers enough space for two. It is well connected to Ana by public transport (approx. 3 minutes on foot). By train you are in about 10 minutes in the city center. Antonina is super nice and helpful. I will definitely book again when the opportunity arises.

We are delighted It is in a good place and you can park for € 8.60 a day. 10 min walk to the center.

Loved the place and location. Very easy to move around the city with public transportation . The apartment is perfectly set, shower is amazing and bed very confortable. There is a coffee machine and free capsules, teamaker, teabags and big bottle of water. Kitchen and bathroom are equiped with everything you need. Antonina and her husband are very welcoming and helpful! I recomend their lovely apartament!

This place was perfect! There’s an U-Bahn station right around the corner and a bus stop a few blocks away so it was easy to get around. The place was very clean and they had a smart tv so we could log in to Netflix too. Also, Antonina’s husband waited for us for check in even though we ended up being about 30 minutes late. So nice! I would highly recommend this place!

A stunning modern apartment that is superb in cleanliness. Everything is functioning . Its warm and quiet. Very convenient to the Tram and local Lidl is a few minutes walk away. I love it and will for sure come back.

The stay at Grit was wonderful. She is a very talented artist and the apartment is like a gallery that inspires and inspires. Grit also said a lot of interesting things about Bad Cannstatt. The room is large and cozy, there is everything you need. I would love to stay at Grit again.

I loved our stay at Gabriele's home! It was very clean, spacious and she also put some little snacks in the fridge like cheese and meats for us to eat which was very handy when we arrived later than expected and had something to eat for breakfast the next day. Gabriele was a great host (great communication) and came down and greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying at her lovely home!

January 2020 I've been to Gabriele for the second time. Whenever I have trade fair service at the CMT I book the room with her. It feels "homely". The bedside lamp is on, the heating is on, you immediately feel comfortable when you go in. Of course you will be greeted personally by Gabriele and she will take the time to chat. After unpacking, the accommodation also offers everything your heart desires. Motivational Coke, after-work beer, a little chocolate at the desk and and and ... Yes, you can just let yourself go with Gabriele. Your willingness to help goes well beyond the duties of a host. Unfortunately I had a small accident with my car (broken rear window - my own fault) and Gabriele helped me in the freezing cold, for three quarters of an hour, to repair it so that I could drive home carefree. It also showed her ingenuity and her manual skills. It was a great stay with Gabriele all around and I am happy if I can come again. Thank you very much dear Gabriele - without you I would have been stuck. Full points. Keep it up! Sincerely, Tanja

I would definitely recommend this place. You have everything you need from toiletries, towels, candles to some food for breakfast, beer, water and soft drinks. The place is very clean and we had our privacy. Bed is also very comfortable.

Super fast and nice contact. Burak is always available and helpful. The property is sparkling clean and well equipped. Coffee machine, hair dryer, towels available and even the shower gel is ready. Netflix and Dazn are also available. There are parking spaces directly in front of the door (for a fee). The property is super close to the tram stop and right in front of the door is a park with a children's playground. Everything you need is in close proximity to the apartment. The Selfcheck In or Check Out is easy and a pleasant thing. I can 100% recommend this property.

Exceptionally beautiful and charming apartment right in the center. Very comfortably furnished with attentive little details (coffee machine, small snacks etc.). I felt very comfortable, the check-in was very easy and I was able to check in earlier. It is a little bit noisy, but that cannot be avoided in the center on a Saturday evening and also makes life in the corner. I slept very well in the very cozy bed. I felt very, very comfortable and would only want to book with Nina in Stuttgart. Thank you for everything!

It was a beautiful, very clean apartment. The location was perfect, you were in the city center within a short time. I really enjoyed my stay there, I would definitely choose this accommodation again ☺️

Pictures don't do this apartment justice, it is SO cute and stylish! Like a mini Kimpton Hotel! We had a nice stay here, small but comfortable, and has everything you need. Nina was a very responsive and kind host, even providing welcome snacks and drinks, as well as a crib for our infant upon request. Location is fantastic, a 5 min walk to Königstrasse and also some fun bars and restaurants on the same block. You do have to walk by a small "red-light" district, but it was not a problem at all. Only con: the walls & windows are VERY thin in the apartment, and you can hear everything and everyone. We stayed during the week, so noise wasn't much of an issue, but the weekend might be a different story. Still 100% recommend this place for a stay in Stuttgart though!

The apartment is very cozy and stylish. Everything was very clean and centrally located. Various restaurants can be reached in just a few steps. Unfortunately it is difficult to find a place in the surrounding restaurants on Friday or Saturday evening, so make a reservation in advance. It has a small kitchenette in which we even prepared our breakfast. Communication with Nina was great! We immediately had an answer to any questions. Thank you very much Nina and we would definitely recommend the apartment.

Great stay on the fourth floor. All facilities are available. The apartment is in a slightly grimier neighborhood but without being really bothered by it. Stuttgart city center can be reached very quickly. We had an excellent stay!

Central position, cute & clean.

Nina's apartment - Frida - is beautifully and stylishly furnished. Sofa, lamps, pictures - it is exceptional and not "standard IKEA-Pax". The bathroom is beautifully tiled, shampoo, shower gel etc. was sufficiently available and you felt comfortable. The bed is comfortable, the couch too! Everything worked. I also think the idea of placing a small kitchenette there is suitable. Even if things like salt, pepper or oil were missing for cooking (assume that not many people live there), the "gripe" is at a high level and cannot be compared with the comfort factor in the apartment , The location - very good location. To the area- not a good area. It is a bit noisy since the house is older and therefore less insulated / insulated.

Everything went very well, very clean apartment with an excellent price / performance ratio.

It was my first time using Airbnb and I loved it. Exactly what I was looking for. Quite and serene neighborhood, giving a nice chance to experience normal German lifestyle. Room was super clean with everything that is required to stay for exploring Stuttgart
