Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Martin-de-Ré

The accommodation is warm, the environment is very quiet, it is 5 minutes from the ocean and trade. Overall we had a nice stay.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Anna was a very welcoming host, responsive and always attentive. The accommodation is faithful to the photos, the garden even bigger in reel. I would recommend this place, great value for money.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

We had a great stay at Frederics place. It’s wonderfully located and in a quiet area. It was spacious with lots of room! Everything was clean and well maintained. A big garden which was perfect for my children.

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

We communicated easily with Anne-Marie before our arrival. The accommodation is at the foot of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the necessary amenities for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small fairground is at the end of the beach.

We had a great time at Christmas in this house, as a group of 8 adults and 3 children. The spacious and comfortable living room was perfect for our meals and friendly moments. The very well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the large table and living room with its central fireplace created a warm atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, with quality bedding, and the insulation between the living spaces and the sleeping area allowed everyone to rest. The two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with shower, are ideal for older adults or people with limited mobility. A huge thank you for the special touches like the decorated tree, wreaths and festive tablecloth, which really created a beautiful Christmas atmosphere. The enclosed courtyard allows you to park several vehicles, and the immediate proximity to the beach for walking is a real plus. We highly recommend this house, where we felt right at home!

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

Very good time spent with family with children in a private and quiet setting, the apartment is well located and furnished! Close to all shops and activities. Host was responsive and all instructions were clear! We'll come back

Great stay in this charming townhouse. Great location! The terrace is really great when spring arrives, we were able to enjoy it. It was the adorable Sylvia who welcomed us, but Frédéric remained very attentive. We would have added an extra night:)

The beautiful apartment was perfect for our family of 4! However, could have easily slept 6. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay with our children in this rental which has everything to please,the location and especially this real sea view. The place was clean when we arrived and it is very spacious. We hope to return someday!

Great stay in this house in a great location! The location is great, close to shops, while remaining quiet. The garden is very nice, spacious and nicely appointed, with the possibility to park several cars inside. The grounds are enclosed by walls, perfect for leaving animals safe. The house is large, comfortable and very well-equipped. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay at Mickaël's went very well. The house is very well located, in a quiet cul-de-sac and 5 minutes' walk to the beach! The house has many amenities. Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house is very well located, right next to the stadium, which can be convenient for rugby lovers. It is carefully decorated and the enclosed garden is pleasant. Anthony gave us some great tips for discovering La Rochelle. We recommend their listing for a quiet stay.

This rental for the WE absolutely delighted us. The house has all the necessary amenities and is well laid out. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very nice and everything was as described. The hosting was very warm and Laetitia was extremely responsive. We already want to come back!

Lovely house on the edge of the quiet village of Sainte Marie which has a some good restaurants and is half an hour bike ride away from Saint Martin. The house is beautifully appointed and the nearby coastline is ideal for walking, swimming and watching the sunset. We loved our time here.

Four of us, all adults stayed for a long weekend. We absolutely feel in love with the house. It was beautifully designed with a shabby chic interior. We actually canceled one night out to stay in, BBQ and take advantage of the house. The pool was warm and clean and a great way to start the day. The location is perfect and walkable to shops and restaurants. The quality of everything in the house was outstanding. We really were pleased and would stay there again. When we departed and got to the airport we realized we’d left a laptop in the house. Isabelle immediately arranged for it to be sent to our home in Ireland. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.
