This apartment is equipped with 1 bedroom, a kitchenette with a stovetop, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom fitted with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in this apartment. Spa and wellness facilities are available to guests during their stay at Ferienappartment Marianne, including an indoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Our flat is located on the 2nd floor on the south side of the house and has a very large balcony with a direct view of the Kampenwand, which invites you to go hiking in summer and skiing in winter (the valley station of the Kampenwand ski area is 350 m away) The flat is lovingly furnished and impresses with its special location in the heart of the Chiemgau.

Welcome to Homerhof in Rottau! Our house can accommodate 5 guest rooms with breakfast located on the 1st and 2nd floor and are therefore unfortunately not barrier-free. There is no smoking in the house. On the ground floor is the breakfast room where breakfast is served as a buffet. All rooms have a balcony, otherwise you can relax wonderfully in our garden because we are very quiet.
