Tiny House Rursee Nature & Living Experience

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

The Rurtalsperre, the Vennbahn bike path and the Eifel National Park Nature Reserve are only a few kilometers away. Due to its location in the border triangle, both the Netherlands and Belgium are quickly accessible. The city of Aachen with its sights is about 30 min (car) away. All shopping facilities can be easily reached in 5 minutes (car).

Modern, light-flooded, well-kept apartment with a view of the Venn. Separate entrance house number 13b. On the 1st floor, there is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with a baby cot. On the gallery is our sofa bed for two more people. Hikers and cyclists are only 300 m from the Venn, Ravel and Velo bike paths. In the nearby area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt and Vogelsang Castle.

Your private vacation rental is located behind charming half-timbered front on ground floor. The apartment in the center of Simmerath was completely renovated and lovingly newly furnished in 2017. With 63 sqm it can accommodate 2 - 4 people in two bedrooms. On request, two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. A parking space for car and motorcycle is available on the farm.
