2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts or holidaymakers can now find their place to feel at home. The accommodation is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

Vacation rental by the forest - relax in the moment!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The forest cottage 2 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is comfortably furnished and the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The house offers about 36 sqm of space for two people. Due to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the bathroom with shower and toilet is separated by a door. From the living room/bedroom you enter the terrace. Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay fee.

Schwark Vacation Rental

The apartment is located in a modernized half-timbered farmhouse dating from 1890 and is located in the picturesque Nordeifel. The Rurtalsperre, the Vennbahn bike path and the Eifel National Park nature reserve are only a few kilometers away. Due to the location in the border triangle, both the Netherlands and Belgium can be reached quickly. The city of Aachen with its sights is about 30 minutes away (by car). All shopping facilities can be easily reached in 5 minutes (by car).

Rur- Idylle II

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.

Historic cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau.
