Holiday rentals with a sauna in Simmerath

Very nice hosts and a beautiful place with great and extensive amenities. In addition, a very nice and quiet location. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is not only super cozy and stylishly furnished, but also thought out down to the last detail. There is really nothing missing – from kitchen accessories to small things that you often miss. I was particularly enthusiastic about the high-quality soap in the bathroom – which shows how much emphasis is placed on quality here. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Mr. Jürgen's house is very clean and beautiful. The decor is also very cozy. Beautiful garden, plenty of sunlight, peaceful river, spacious bedroom and living room, we stayed for a few days, very happy.

We were able to spend a wonderful few days in your home. So wonderfully clean and luxuriously furnished. Upon entering, there was a bottle of water, bottle of wine, orangejuice and a bag of nuts ready for us. The welcome by Achim was most warm. We got tips from him to do. Finally, the sauna was great pleasure.

A great place to relax and unwind. A beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the garden and the deer park. A very park-like garden at your disposal to dine in and enjoy. The host was friendly and welcoming and had a warm welcome. the surroundings of the Eifel were easy to reach.

Ute is a friendly host who took good care of us. She even offered to take us to the nearest train station when we were going to a meeting in Cologne. We travelled between the city center and the apartment with Uber – it worked well, despite the apartment being a bit away from the city center.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment is very large with plenty of space. It is also very well equipped. When we arrived, we were received in a very friendly way. In advance, communication via Airbnb went smoothly and they responded immediately in between. We were walking directly from the property for a day and the closest we drove into the National Park. So very good activities. Pure nature! We definitely recommend the place with a clear conscience:)

The apartment / accommodation absolutely corresponded to the description and we have nothing negative to report, on the contrary, it was all very good! We arrived a lot earlier than planned, which was no problem for Andrea. We were able to move into the clean and prepared apartment immediately and she explained everything worth knowing. The equipment of the kitchen as well as the whole apartment is great! There wasn't anything we needed and wasn't there. The bathroom is large and modern, the rooms bright yet cozy. There is a private terrace with seating, barbecue and loungers. If you arrive by car, you have your own parking space on the fenced property. The location is a little secluded, right by the forest and close to the reservoir. Wonderful for rest after the day trips. We were absolutely satisfied and thank Andrea and Mark for their hospitality!!

We stayed for a weekend whilst exploring the Eifel region. Perfect little home base with easy parking nearby. The accommodation is small but has pretty much everything you would realistically need. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, we only interacted via the platform but that was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay, very nice apartment which is very well equipped. The apartment is very well located: close to the lake, the train station, the center, shops... Starting point for many walks. The area is beautiful!

It was my first time traveling to Liège,the area is a bit off the beaten path and you have to use public transport, the stops are very close and several lines take you where you need. The place is beautiful. There are magical trails, people in general friendly and friendly,and our host attentive to our entire stay until the day of our departure. Thank you.

A beautiful little house with all the amenities and more! Games, outdoor space, sauna, deer next to your home! The house was also MEGA clean and no crazy odors... great to stay with my friends and with 10 minutes in Maastricht! I will definitely be back, for Maastricht and the great stay!❤️

We were very warmly received, even with cake and homemade jam. The house is very nice, everything super clean and also for children everything there (stair gates, toys...). Beautiful garden also well equipped for children. A great wellness area with sauna complements the holiday feeling. Late check-out was also kindly possible spontaneously after consultation. We felt very comfortable.

We had an absolutely great time in the Eifel. The house was modern, state of the art with a view of technology, aesthetically decorated and wonderfully located. There was really nothing missing and Dominic and the team at Spotless Host were extremely likeable and accessible at any time. The sauna is an absolute plus and the region is great for walking and hiking. Overall, we were totally satisfied and recovered first-class. Thank you and look forward to next time.

What a beautiful place. The house is located between the hills and forests, there are a lot of beautiful hiking trails to discover. Despite the tranquility, there is a lot to see and do in the area. The house looks even better in person! The sauna and jacuzzi are a nice extra. There were also a lot of stuff and even toys for children. The kitchen is extensively furnished, there is a nice coffee maker with fresh coffee beans and even a milk frother. It is very cozy due to the wood and the seating area is also nice. We were 5 adults and the sofa was a bit tight before that. Good to know is that you get 2 towels, also for a week stay, and there is no washing machine. So it is useful to take some extra with you. We did miss some storage space for our stuff and clothes, there was only 1 bedroom with a wardrobe (chest of drawers) so then you live more out of your suitcase. All in all, a very nice place where we would love to come back.

We felt right at home! The Airbnb was very clean and totally beautifully equipped. We wanted to switch off for two days in the Airbnb and it was perfect for it :) You can take nice walks and relax in the sauna! We will be happy to come back and recommend it! The price is worth it :)

I cannot say enough to describe how wonderful Anne and Hugo’s cottage was! Everything about it was beautiful. Hugo made a wonderful loaf of bread and yummy jam. And a lemon tiramisu!! If want to have great stay at a beautiful place this is it!
