Holiday rentals with a patio in Southern Indiana

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

Loved this Airbnb! It’s a great location, very close to the local free transit, within walking distance to Findlay market as well. The hosts are also great! Would stay here again.

Angela’s apartments are great. I have stayed in a couple of the ones that she has and both I have stayed at have been perfect. I’m also a host on Airbnb. I would say Angela is the greatest host I’ve ever encountered or come across on Airbnb. She really has some great places to stay and she’s a amazing host. Look forward to staying again in the future. My husband and I I were in town for a concert at Fishers Event Center. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants and the walking trails nearby. This was our first trip to Fishers and would love to come back. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

The place was located in a great area, close to shopping. It was a beautiful apartment, comfortably furnished. Charles was always responsive to any messages that I sent. I highly recommend this place to stay! 😊

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

My friend and I stayed here for one night before running a half marathon. The place was perfectly sized for the two of us and had everything we need. The check in was clear and they were great, accommodating hosts. There are train tracks nearby, and the trains were common, but the place is also equipped with ear plugs and a sound machine. We were able to walk into town and visit some of the cute, local shops!

Excellent stay. I’m from Ohio but I live out of the area. This place felt like home. It was on the colder side downstairs but overall it was very comfortable and roomy. I will be back in April if this place is still available. The only thing I would change is having cable to view local channels, sports, etc. vs. streaming only. Maria was very responsive, pleasant, and friendly.

Jennifer's home was lovely to stay in while we were in Madison for work. The beds were the best! Appreciate when a host realizes how important a good night of sleep is when your away from home.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, eat, and relax. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Only thing different from the listing was it only has two bathrooms. The half bath was remodeled out sometime. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Andres property was very cozy , accessible ,quite close to where I needed to be . There was so much in the area close to Krogers & Walgreens . When I have to be back in Indy I would first look into this property . He defiantly was a blessing to me & my family .

This was a perfect spot for our stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. It was convenient to have a nice laundry offering. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Really loved Sid's place! Check in was quick and easy as well as check out. The place was very clean. The couch and bed were very comfy. The bed was just enough combination of firm and softness for us. Communication was always proactive and very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet even with the street out front. After dark the car traffic calms down. We stayed on a weekend and the morning traffic was very light. No loud dogs or other noises disturbed us from our restful sleep. We loved being very close to a lot of restaurants and the zoo. We always found parking on the street and we left and returned at many different times of day even late at night. To get into the place it is up a couple flights of stairs but nothing too crazy. Even being close to downtown we felt the neighborhood was safe seeing people out and about at all hours. Highly recommend a stay at Sid's place!

Third time a charm! I couldn’t be more pleased! The location was perfect! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Tracey and her property highly enough.

This was the perfect place for us & our friends to stay while in French Lick. Plenty of space for our families & conveniently located to everything we needed. Will definitely return if we’re back in the area.

We only stayed for one night while passing through but it was such a great place I wish we could have stayed longer! Daniel was very responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my wedding ring inside and had to come back and the lock had reset. With one quick phone call the lock was opened and I was able to grab the ring with no issues. The place was spacious and clean. The beds were also extremely comfy which is such a plus!

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

We enjoyed our stay here, which was our first time visiting Cinncinati. It's clear that the hosts put a lot of time and care into renovating an older place in a neighborhood that seems to be experiencing many improvements. Decorating was lovely, with a modern boho flair. The bed linens were made of natural materials and were very cozy. The bathroom was a bit small, but the water pressure was great. Check in and check out were both a breeze. We loved Mom n Em's coffee shop nearby and ate twice at Camp Washington Chili around the corner (Cinncinati chili/coney first timers). Overall, we had a great experience, and would definately stay here again.
