Smooth arrival, the apartment is equipped with everything you could ask for. Swimming pool and sauna in the basement were gladly used by the children in the evening. Gladly again...

We felt very comfortable. Everything we needed for a week's stay was there. The apartment was tastefully decorated and it was very quiet despite being close to the train station. Everything was within walking distance and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as beautiful as in the photos - modern, bright, clean and very comfortably furnished. We particularly liked the loving details in the apartment, the very comfortable beds and the quiet surroundings. We felt comfortable right from the start. The location is perfect: in just five minutes you can reach both the train station and the city center - central yet quiet. From the balcony you had a direct view of the imposing mountain backdrop with the Zugspitze. The hosts were incredibly friendly, easily accessible and always helpful. We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Daniel is great host, very friendly and helpful. We had detailed instruction for every aspect from starting from check-in to using home aplliances. Apartment in good location, grocery market is very close, park and river nearby. Nice smart home solution intalled. Free parking on the street, but hard to find place. We had good stay :)

Super equipped apartment with everything you need. Incredibly friendly hosts - we have rarely experienced anything like this. Cozy beds, well-equipped kitchen and parking right in front of the door. Practical starting point for activities and due to the central location all shopping around the corner.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean house in a very quiet neighbourhood that's close to train station. Has off street parking too. Hosts always contactable. Would thoroughly recommend if visiting Munich with friends.

The landlords have thought of many small details. Kitchen was super equipped (salt, spices, baking paper, coffee...). Even in the bathroom there was a small shower room.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

We (my wife, 3 children 1,4,6, our dog and I) spent a week together with our best friends (couple with infant) in the Panorama Lodge and are still absolutely delighted. The space is simply gorgeous! The view through the "panoramic front" in the living room and from the terrace is incredible. But otherwise, the accommodation is very high quality, cozy,spacious and nicely decorated. Also, everything was very clean. The hosts Anja and Edi are warm and very nice. They also helped our friends with a flat tire, which was extra nice. If we go to the region again, we will definitely check the availability of the Panorama Lodge first.

Our stay in Andrea’s place was absolutely wonderful: terrific apartment in really beautiful place, this made our stay absolutely exciting. Huge thanks to Andrea for hospitality.

We were traveling with a larger group of girls. The accommodation was optimal for this. We had several small bedrooms with two to three beds, all of which were prepared for me a lot of love. We especially liked the large kitchen in the lower apartment. Here we could sit together wonderfully for a long time in the evening. However, if you wanted, you also had the opportunity to go into the bedrooms. For us, it was a great stay and the layout with 12 people on the two apartments and two bathrooms was great.

Grert stay, wouod return again, fab host. Great area to explore the areas near by.

We stayed at Rü's house with our children and grandchildren for 5 days and were very satisfied. We felt very comfortable. Everything is generous and quiet. Cooking together in the super equipped kitchen was a lot of fun. Excursions to Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz were, also for the grandchildren, just great! Always happy to - we can highly recommend the house and surroundings.

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

The cleanest apartment that has ever found. The entire apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail - you can tell that the apartment is very important to the landlord, Thomas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils. As a family with two small children, we didn't miss anything. Since it is separated with a fence, we were able to let our children roll around outside without hesitation. The apartment is very suitable as a starting point to explore the Allgäu and Lake Constance. In the village itself, the "robber Kasimir" hiking trail is highly recommended for children - a fantastic adventure trail with puzzles and play opportunities for children. Thank you to Thomas and his family. We had a great time.

An excellent place to stay - easy to get to so many great days out from the flat. Lakes, cable cars to glaciers, monasteries and palaces. This is a beautiful part of Germany and a lovely village. We could walk from the flat and be in beautiful surroundings within minutes. The neighbours are very quiet, the access to a washing machine and dryer was helpful. It is a small flat but was perfectly adequate for a family of four. We used the sofa bed in the lounge which was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There were lots of suggestions for things to do in the flat ... we just ran out of time to do them all. A warm and cosy place to stay.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.
