The property is located in the center of Fulpmes - just a 3-minute drive to the Schlick 2000 valley station. The location of the accommodation is an excellent central starting point for different destinations and activities in the Stubai Valley. The center of the city of Innsbruck is about 18 km from Fulpmes. You'll find us at the entrance to the idyllic Stubai Valley, surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery of the Stubai Alps. The traditional village of Mieders lies at the foot of the Serles, which is very popular with hikers, skiers, mountain bikers and, thanks to the water park and summer toboggan run, also with families. The Serlesbahnen lifts are just a few minutes' walk away and offer access to an enchanting ski area in winter. A free ski bus takes you to the Stubai Glacier.

Cosy attic flat, 53 m², 2 rooms (living room, bedroom), kitchen, bathroom, utility room and balcony with a fantastic view of Neustift and the mountains. Quiet location; bus stop and supermarket are a 7-minute walk downhill; Kampler See with refreshment facilities is a 10-minute walk away. Free parking in front of the house. A local tourist tax of €4.80 per person per night (for guests aged 15 and over) is payable on arrival. Not a Stubai Super Card partner establishment.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and an extremely cosy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a WC. Also: a large terrace and a large garden for guests to use. Private parking space. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

The glazed gallery offers connecting views into the living area on the one hand and a cozy retreat and resting place on the other.

Flat Klenkes, slow down and relax

Welcome to the beautiful Stubai Valley. The flat is located in the rear third of the valley. From the garden you have a marvellous view of the snow-capped peaks of the Stubai Alps. Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. A trip to Innsbruck is made easy by the good bus connections (bus stop 200 metres away)
