2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Top renovated one room. Apartment with separate entrance and private sun terrace. A light-flooded room with a small kitchen and a separate daylight bathroom. Very well connected to the city center (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest is only 2 "stäffele" (stairs) away from the house. Due to the half-height location, you have a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Our 23 m², modern furnished apartment is newly renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. A two-person occupancy is of course possible. The bedroom is equipped with a 1m bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the living room there is the sofa with bed function and the fitted kitchen, as well as a dining table with 2 seats . The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here.
