Bus 13 from railwaystation, buss-stop 150 m from the apartment. Great promenade by the lake - goes by the amusement park. A shop (380 m) and a musicbar are nearby. Free sauna is available in the condominium. Netflix. Free parking is available 2-4 hours during the week. On weekends it is free. Possibility to hire a car place in the yard. Cash pay.

Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of Tampere! This spacious 8th floor studio offers you peace and quiet, above the noises of the city. A comfortable double bed as well as a sofa bed that opens into a double bed make this apartment suited for couples and families alike! There's a portable air conditioner, a large bathroom with a washing machine and a large glazed balcony with beautiful views of the city center. This spacious studio is located just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Hyvin varusteltu ylimmän kerroksen kaksio (50m2) melko uudesta kerrostalosta lähellä luontoa. Asunnossa on ilmalämpöpumppu jäähdytystä varten. Loistava sijainti suoraan ratikan päätepysäkin vieressä (200m). Talo on valmistunut kesäkuussa 2022. Lähellä on mahtavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet.
