Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

You only walk 7 minutes to the train station and 3 minutes to the swimming area. All shops serving everyday needs, the Seesauna Monte Mare and the Bräustüberl are within walking distance. Relax after a day at the lake or in the mountains in the cozy apartment - your dog is also welcome!

Welcome to our holiday apartment on Lake Tegernsee. We hope you will have a pleasant stay with us and feel at home. You will receive the Tegernsee Card free of charge during your stay. This includes, for example, 2 boat trips per day free of charge, 50% discount for the Wallbergbahn and for the iodine-sulfur bath. The factory tour including tasting of the Tegernseer Land cheese dairy is also popular with our guests, also here there is a 50% discount.

Apartment 1 "Wallberg"

Spend your vacation in the middle of the Upper Bavarian Alps, more precisely, in Bad Wiessee at Lake Tegernsee. Bad Wiessee is located on the western shore of Lake Tegernsee and has become one of the top vacation destinations in Bavaria, due to its long hiking trails along the lake and in the nearby mountains. Our family-run apartments fit into the surrounding landscape and are accordingly furnished with many natural woods and Bavarian charm.

Cozy room with bathroom and view

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Junior suite with mountain view

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Glasnalm - cozy log cabin in a quiet location

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee colonies, but still very centrally located to shops serving daily needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut true to detail. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.
