Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Our bright and cozy 2-roomapartment invites you to linger on approx. 42 square meters. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Niendorf Hafen Apartment

The cozy apartment directly on the Niendorf harbor offers you and her family a great place to stay by the sea. Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen-living room, you can eat optimally. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).

Tiny house with fireplace

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

Cozy apartment with sauna

The property is located in a new building that stands on our property. The newly furnished 2-room non-smoking apartment can be reached via a few steps. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and fridge with freezer compartment. A coffee pod machine is also provided. In the living area there is a sofa bed, the lying surface is 140 x 200 cm.

Mehrbrise Travemünde apartment

I have been renting out my newly furnished Baltic Sea apartment since June 2025. The apartment is on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located right on the beach.
