Two private car parks and a cellar are available Cars and bicycles are safe. It is fully equipped for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 beds 160). Access by elevator from the parking in the basement. Quiet area close to cultural places (museum, cinemas, castle..)

We offer a 35 m2 studio in a quiet area in the city center with a 20 m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator. Two minutes from City Hall, the Palais de Justice and the Vinci Convention Center. The apartment has just been renovated. We live there intermittently when we work in Tours.
