The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overflowing beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

The apartment was renovated in 2020 and completely refurbished in the process. It accommodates up to four people and is super centrally located. If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Even Thomas Mann walked past our house on the way to the pub! Stay in the middle of Lübeck's old town in an old town house from the 16th century. Sights such as the Holstentor, the Lübeck churches, the Buddenbrookhaus or the famous Marzipanmanufaktur Niederegger are just a stone's throw away.
