Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Here you can enjoy the forest right outside the door, sunset and views of Trondheim Fjord, swim with the doors open, sit outside under the roof, and open the large folding doors, so the indoor-outdoor feeling becomes completely seamless! Walk for only 3 minutes and you will find Trondheim's most popular swimming area Korsvika, and you have the city center and the Solsiden within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. Great home with spectacular views of the city

Great and beautiful home, with stunning views of Trondheim. The house is a semi-detached house and here you rent the main apartment in the house. In our home you will find most of what you need to spend nice days in Trondheim. Short distance to the city center (20 min. fast walk) and short distance to public transport (bus/tram). There is also beautiful urban landscape nearby, where you can retreat from city life and just enjoy the silence. The property is very centrally located. You are very welcome!
