House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal town centre, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city centre and Nidaros Cathedral. Ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

Delicate detached house that is tastefully decorated and with a large patio. Large garden in quiet surroundings close to the city, the city's countryside and the lake. Everything you need for a nice stay is in the house which is well equipped and recently renovated. Large terrace with stunning views of Trondheimsfjorden. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and child-friendly residence. Large terrace with sunshade and large living room (living room) of over 60 m2. The garden is open and convenient for playing. There is almost no traffic in the area while there are several good bus services. Great hiking trails in the forest that is nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 4 parking spaces + access to electric car charger. Children's equipment (see last picture) can be arranged for a small addition to the price.

Trondheim - lake house! Fishing, swimming, enjoying, seeing the northern lights.

Recharge in this unique and quiet place - right by the fjord. Enjoy the view, relax, go fishing, go for a walk, go mushroom or berry picking, work from home, go skiing or play golf. In the summer there are long bright nights and in the winter you may be fortunate enough to see the northern lights. Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city centre (about 20 minutes by car to Ila). Having a car is a big advantage. There are few bus departures. The house has 6 beds (double beds) divided into three rooms.

Beautiful place and location! Here you can enjoy the forest right outside the door, sunset and views of Trondheim Fjord, swim with the doors open, sit outside under the roof, and open the large folding doors, so the indoor-outdoor feeling becomes completely seamless! Walk for only 3 minutes and you will find Trondheim's most popular swimming area Korsvika, and you have the city center and the Solsiden within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. There is parking for 3 cars and an electric car charger

Stay in a spacious three-storey house in a nice garden city - in the middle of Trondheim. The house has three bedrooms, beds for six adults and a baby cot (0-2 years). The house has very good sun conditions with many outdoor areas and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Garage is available. Children are welcome to use the toys in the house. From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and store. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center.

Modern house in a calm neighbourhood, close to the city centre. Airport bus five minutes walk from the house. Four bedrooms, big living room with a couch and large dinner table for eight persons.
