The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is also decorated as an office with office desk and large screen. Both bedrooms have double beds, 160 and 120 cm respectively. There is free street parking outside, but this is quite popular, and is thus often filled in the afternoon/evening.

Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.
