The apartment is on 4 floors, just above Kiwi and a restaurant. Buses within a few 100 meters to walk. Well-equipped kitchen, with large dishwasher. Has washing machine with drying facilities, drying rack, iron and otherwise everything you need. Possibility of air mattress in the living room for extra sleeping space . BBQ and patio furniture on the balcony. As well as a large shared rooftop terrace and outdoor area on the 1st floor. Working rotations, so have the opportunity to rent out the apartment for longer periods at a slightly lower daily price.

Apartment with private roof terrace

Simple apartment on the 4th floor with its own terrace on lower Møllenberg with immediate proximity to Trondheim city center. A stone's throw away from cozy cafes at Bakklandet and restaurants and shopping on Solsiden The apartment is about 20 sqm with a bedroom with a 200* 160 cm bed, bathroom and a tea kitchen with fridge and a simple hob+microwave. Note that the stairs up can be perceived as steep and demanding for people who are bad at their feet. We live in a wall ourselves, and we are happy to rent to quiet and responsible people

Fantastic apartment in a fun street

Stylish and peaceful accommodation in a central location. Whether you are on a business trip or romantic weekend in Trondheim. 300 meters from the city center and the nearest grocery store is just around the corner. The apartment is modern and great furnished with lovely views towards Nidelva from the top floor and one flight of stairs up is a shared roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances, kitchenware and bedding. Perfect for 2-4 people, but there is room for 6.

Quiet, central area. Modern apartment in 100 year old house. Sea view and no transparency. Well-equipped kitchen. Short distance to Trondheim city center. Possibility to park car on the property (free!), and the bus stops 1 min away. 10 min walk to Solsiden. The apartment is best suited for up to 4, but a 5th person can sleep on a mattress in the living room. Child-friendly. Spacious living room, partially screened kitchen, hall, toilet, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Laundry basement. No party/smoking! Longer stays possible.

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

The apartment is walking distance to most sights in the city such as Trondheim Spektrum, Trondheim Torg, Fortningen, Ravnkloa by boat to Munkholmen, Nidaros Cathedral, Bakklandet, Svartlamoen. In quiet residential area, we rent out apartment on the ground floor with kitchen, bathroom and one or two bedrooms depending on the number of travelers, 33 sqm in total. Suitable for couples and single travellers, max 3 persons One or both bedrooms are used, depending on the number of guests. You pay for the number of guests. Free parking/car charging can be agreed upon in beforehand. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer in basement.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available from 12/1 to 22/2 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

Cozy and central Trondheim.

Sjarmerende, rolig og sentralt beliggende ettroms leilighet i Ila. Den har alle fasiliteter samt en behagelig sovealkove, egen inngang fra hagen og mulighet for parkering rett utenfor. Det er gangavstand til sentrum, Trondheim Spektrum (ca 5 min), NTNU, ST. Olavs Hospital, Bymarka og god bussforbindelse til Granåsen. Nærhet til alt av kollektivtransport. Ila er en hyggelig bydel med parker, kafeer, gallerier, fine turområder, bakeri og dagligvarebutikker. Alt dette så og si rett utenfor døra.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)
