This is a quiet villa area located at an altitude of about 1000 meters, on the Iizuna Highlands. Built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood aroma. You can find lots of beautiful scenery in just a 10-minute walk. Check out Mt. Iinu from Oaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iineta Higashi Ward)! The next closest bus stop (Iinetate) is about a 7-minute walk. You can also get here by public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, hamburgers, etc. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golfing and skiing in the direction of Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and climbing Mt. Iinu. If you want to go to a hot spring, Tengunokan at Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. You can carefully feel the process of "Totono" while bathing in the sunlight during the day and the starry sky at night. The sauna room is carefully laid out with natural cypress wood. The sauna room created in this way creates soft air and gently envelops your skin. The water bath, where you can feel the spring water of the majestic Mt. Asama, is a medium soft water with a water quality that is gentle on the skin, and because it is groundwater, it is 12-13 degrees in summer and 7-8 degrees in winter, so the optimum temperature for sauna lovers is maintained throughout the year. This spring water is also drinkable, it is so cool that it leaves water droplets on the cup, and it is very tasty! There is also a Nintendo Switch that can be enjoyed with a 100-inch large projector, a state-of-the-art electric BBQ grill that does not smell, and plenty of content that can be enjoyed by a large number of people. Happy House is about a 30-minute drive or 15 minutes by train from Karuizawa, a summer resort, and is located in a secluded spot in Miyotamachi. It's the perfect log house for groups of friends, families with kids, solo travelers, and workers!　 From the skylight on the second floor, you can see the majestic Mt. Asama to the north, Mt. Hirao to the south, and the starry sky at night. Outside, you can use the barbecue grill on the roofed terrace. You can use it for an optional ¥2,000 per use. To bathe in the firewood-fired large pine bath in the separate building, the option is available for 3,000 yen. Please book by 12: 00 on the day. Please enjoy the use of the firewood stove for an option fee of ¥1,000. Please pay for each option in cash or PayPay at check-in. 　Nearby, a 6-minute drive away, is Hirao Onsen "Miharashi no Yu", which has an excellent view.
