For relaxing, we recommend warming your body from the core in a sauna that can accommodate up to 7 people, and then cooling off in the outdoor jacuzzi. The large wood deck terrace overlooks nature. Speaking of special experiences, outdoor dining using a gas BBQ grill (for a fee). It's also a luxury to talk around a campfire or read while looking at the forest. There are 3 bedrooms with Simmons mattresses that are very comfortable to sleep on, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. For larger gatherings, the two adjacent buildings can also be used together. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.

We renovated a riverside villa in the forest of Karuizawa. The grounds of this great location are about 2,500 ㎡! Feel the extraordinary atmosphere with a large sofa and fireplace in the living room, a large yard and outdoor dining. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a JAXSON jet bath, a large sauna for 4 people that can be used at the same time, and a rain shower in the bath. Please note that in a natural environment, insects may occur indoors during your stay, as we are renovating an old villa. If you have an excessive allergy to insects, please refrain from booking.

Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
