Der Caravan ist ca 12 qm, er wurde renoviert und mit einer Komposttoilette ausgestattet. Er verfügt über 120 cm breites Bett, mit einer Schiebetür. Die Sitzgruppe kann zu einem 140 cm breiten Bett umgebaut werden. Der Caravan ist mit 2 Waschbecken, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und WLAN ausgestattet. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Begrenztes Angebot bei Buchung, wenn gewünscht Leihfahrräder anfragen. Insgesamt können 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder übernachten.

Tiny House OLGA - sleeping below cherry trees

Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).

Overnight stay in exclusive new caravans with heating cold water, hot water and electricity, large refrigerator, TV unit as well as separate BATHROOM and large shower cabin. Bed linen, towels, table and chairs as well as 1 parking space for your car are included. Charging point for electric car type 2/11Kw €0.36/Kw/h is available. No pets in the caravan.

Our beautiful accommodation offers a cozy home for relaxing and carefree days. 2 people will find everything necessary for a break in a small space: a fully equipped kitchen, a small, fine bathroom and an electric oven with a fireplace for cozy evenings. Overall, our tiny house is designed for sustainability: hot water and heat from solar energy. If you want to relax with other friends, you can rent the neighboring tiny house ;)

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this special cozy accommodation as well as the possibility to go directly to the Therme Erding with the bathrobe. You are secured on a mobile home parking space (parking costs are included) with additional outdoor toilets and shower facilities. Start the sunrise with a breakfast outside or inside and get the rolls from the nearby bakery. In the evening, enjoy a glass of bubbly or beer.

This fully renovated apartment is in great condition. It is located on the top floor of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its unique atmosphere is fully available. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The property is located almost alone (a direct neighbor) in Helmishofen on a quiet street surrounded by meadows and forests.

There is also space for three in the large bed.
