It offers a living area with a kitchen, a seating area, a wood-burning stove, a sofa suite and a roof loggia, a very low (1.75 m) roof pitch and an unheated playroom in the barn. There are very good places to eat and shop in the village, and there are public transport services every 20 minutes to the Voralpenland or every 60 minutes to the centre of Munich.

All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.
