There are two cozy bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and blackout option, and one on the mezzanine with two single beds that can be joined into a double. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee machine and pads, a spacious bathroom with shower, two bath towels per person, a hand towel, and a bathrobe per adult. The comfortable living area offers SAT-TV and free Wi-Fi.

Cosy rustic home (max. 4 guests), mountain and lake view, 300 squaremeters of garden, located in Ferienpark Immenstaad. Bedlinen and towels included! A-shaped house in 2 levels: downstairs living/dining, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms. Private parking spot. The beach, shops and public transport are 10 minutes walking distance. The house has been renovated in 2024 while keeping the typical flair. Public wifi available, there is an additional local spa tax of 3,50€ p. person/night!

Our house is about 300 years old - a typical Allgäu settler house made of wood, of which there are fewer and fewer. We have extensively ecologically restored it and equipped it with all the modern comforts you could wish for: ceramic stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, oversized shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. If you heat with wood in winter, the whole house smells cozy. Clay plaster ensures a cozy indoor climate. Right on your doorstep you will find a bakery and dairy.

The 150 sqm chalet is spread over 2 floors. A spacious dining area with a new kitchen incl. dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.
