Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

On the 20 sqm covered terrace with lounge in front of the apartment, you can enjoy the view of the garden, barbecue, eat or simply relax. The approx. 54 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of our 2-family house. All windows of the apartment are equipped with fly screens. Free parking is available.
