Our holiday apartment is in a very peaceful and completely quiet location on a street running parallel to the lake. It is located on the first floor and has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities on offer. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
