We rent a small guest house (about 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - all easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city centre of Constance, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min. to the bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

Separates Nebengebäude mit Maisonette-Wohnung mit Schlafgalerie, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Sessel und Tisch, separate Küche und Dusche/WC, Sauna inkl. Ruhebereich, neuwertige Ausstattung, komplette Renovierung 2001. Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude eines komplett kernsanierten und renovierten ehemaligen Bauerngehöftes. Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

Small Garden house in pleasant surroundings

Small and compact with modest comfort and time house Charakter. Woodfire heating. Kitchen with separate toilet and was basin with hot water. Terrace and garden. Moveable ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double bed . All natural wood and linnen. . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar outdoor shower and small very cold plunge pool with natural spring water.Perfect for hickers, not suitable for small children or aged people.

The small former washhouse of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites all those who love the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller cycle path is only a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden house can accommodate 1-2 people. It consists of a small bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating.
