Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Im Sommer sind die Badeseen und Flüsse nicht weit, im Winter geht die Langlaufloipe direkt am Haus vorbei. Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit ist Isny im Allgäu und ca 5min mit dem Auto/Bus entfernt. Es gibt einen Holzofen, einen Flügel der gerne bespielt werden darf und große Fenster durch die man auf die satten Wiesen blicken kann.
