Situated in a warm and relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea. The house is located in Residentuial Villas Mediterraneo, one of the the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. The perfect place for your holidays ★★★★★ The villa has one terrace with hammocks to enjoy the splendid views and the sun. There is a second terrance with a chill-out area with sofas and armchairs to enjoy the the sun. There's a dining area and a barbecue just for you!! The house has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with satellite TV and WIFI, kitchen and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing machine, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable. The living room is bright and spacious. It has fantastic views to the bay and direct access to the terrace. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's satellite TV too. FREE High Speed WIFI inside the house. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter. And out of summer, you can enjoy the real experience of having a sauna after enjoying your day in a Mediterranean beach. Come and feel like at home living the real Mediterranean atmosphere. Registry number VT-35036-V There's a communal swimming pool indoor/outdoor, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The pool is very big (more than 13m long by 4 m wide). There are also communal areas for playing and ejoying the free time. The house has a parking place (indoor) with space up to 4 cars. So, no issues with parking. This is an owner managed property. We like to think that our guests feel at home in Villa Mariola. So, we are always available to help our guests to enjoy their stay. We have also prepared some guides for our guests so they have all important information about the area, what to do, where to eat... We have very special monthly rates for low and mid season. Villa Mariola is located in a charming residential area in pretty gardens and with a communal swimming pool and social area. It's a private complex with exclusive residents' access in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to Cullera for easy access to sights, great shopping, and restaurants. Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city. The house has indoor parking place for up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking. The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach. There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.

Immerse yourself in the Mediterranean from this ocean view home

Can Lou, a detached house, has a private garage located and is in a private and gated residential complex. The house's layout includes three floors; it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entrance, hall, and private garage for one vehicle are on the first floor. The sleeping area, where the bedrooms are located, is on the second floor. Access to the terrace, the living room, and kitchen are on the third floor. The terrace has an outdoor dining area with access to the kitchen, a barbecue grill, and a fantastic private infinity pool with fantastic views of Los Olivos beach and the entire Cullera coast. I'm always available to answer any questions or give advice about my own experience in this amazing place. I'll take care of handing over the keys and giving final instructions. This house, in the Faro de Cullera area, is a cultural benchmark for Valencia. It stands out due to its exceptional location next to blue flag beaches, endless leisure activities, and gastronomic offerings that are all within reach. Quiet Mediteranean House with stunning views, heated swimming pool, 9 minutes walk to the wonderful white old town of Altea. 15 minutes walk to the sea. 1st floor private for the guests, with dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Big private terrace, outdoor wood furniture, gas barbeque, garden with a beautiful pine tree and wide views. Private heated pool, with it´s own terrace, only for the guest and rarely used by the owners, who live in the upper floor, with other terraces.
