Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Villajoyosa

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

It's been a wonderful stay. The house complies with all amenities. Carlo was always quick to respond to our inquiries. The beach (Cala) is a 17 minute walk where there are routes to do. The gem of the house is the view. Very quiet area. The communal pool you have access to is right in front of the house. Everything was perfect.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

For a couple (with or without children) who want to visit the area, Elisa's place is a fantastic option. The house is not very large, but it has everything you need to feel very comfortable in it. It has been recently renovated, the kitchen is new and modern, the bathroom is spacious, the bed has a very hard mattress (we like them like that), and the sofa bed in the room is also quite comfortable. That yes, the streets of the village are very narrow and it is something uncomfortable to move the car through them..: but luckily, there is a public parking that you will find on Google Maps just a two-minute walk away. What I said, completely recommended! We will for sure be going back!

We had a great time at Maria's Casa by the sea❤️. Maria is super caring, and responds immediately if we had a question, we lacked nothing. She is really 100% ready for her guests. The location is really super nice, lovely by the sea and a nice swimming pool. From the house you can easily take the tram to Alicante. RECOMMENDED and certainly subject to repetition.

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

Comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in a very good location,close to the sea, close to many restaurants and shops. It was a lot of fun.

Good stay. The hosts are very pending. We ordered heaters and something that was missing and they brought them to us right away. Good location, good apartment, good views. Cozy, lots of light. I recommend it.

Friendly and tidy host who welcomed us well. Responds quickly to messages and is always nice to do. Neat and tidy apartment that was simply equipped with the essentials.

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and well equipped, ideal for spending a few days relaxing. The location is quiet and comfortable. Thomas, the host, was lovely from the start: very kind, he even helped us load some things upon arrival and had the detail to leave us a butano gas cylinder to use on the barbecue, which we really appreciated. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Amazing! Simple, Clean, Close to all Amenities and even has a terrace where you can sit and soak up the sun ☀️ Honestly the flat is great and the Host is ready to answer any questions and very responsive. You also have parking which is a plus. Will definitely stay again. Anthony London

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Excellent accommodation, had all the amenities they advertised, easily park right in front of the building. The hosts were very accommodating when arriving and going. Would repeat for sure

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Great place to stay, especially with young kids. Beach just across from the apartment with plenty of restaurants nearby. Kids loved the tennis court, playground and swimming pool on site. Breath taking views of the sunrise in the morning out the huge windows.
