This lovely home is located five blocks from Union station and is surrounded by coffee shops, yoga studios, bars, restaurants and super convenient public transportation. Welcome to Historic H Street NE. Our space features a front patio, rear patio, full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, automatic thermostat and plenty of space to stretch out. This home is two blocks away from to two different supermarkets and a drugstore.

Private, spacious basement suite; great location

Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.
