Unique BnB apartment in downtown Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Nice kitchen with everything in equipment, 2 children's rooms, 1 bedroom, large living room, nice, quiet garden and large wooden terrace with barbecue and seating. Absolutely unique activity building with ping pong table, children's cave and climbing frame, basketball machine, elliptical cross trainer and home theater 📽️🍿 There are 2 brand new bath rooms, 1 in each building, of which 1 with a bathtub 🛁 Keyless locks for the doors.

The little blue house in the woods

The small blue house in the woods offers tranquility and presence. Here you can put your feet up or hike the hills thin in the beautiful landscape of South animals. There are a lot of activities for the whole family just a few minutes drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace, and roll the canvas down and watch a good movie. In spring and summer you can enjoy the newly built terrace with a good cup of coffee and the sound of the many birds and animals that live in the garden. 15 min to Djurs Sommerland 15 min to Mols Bjerge

Artistic house and garden in Aarhus

In our house 4 km outside the city center you get a cozy setting with an artistic touch where you can enjoy a holiday and/or work stay together. In addition to the house, we have an orangery where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment. There is lots of beautiful nature, high ceilings and good facilities. One bedroom sleeps two, small loft for two children or one adult. The house here is quirky and unique and perfect for those who want nature and the city's possibilities. Bus stop directly into Aarhus C 15 min Walk from the house.

Own apartment within walking distance to the PRISON (1.3 km), Forum Horsens (1.3 km) and to Horsens city center (1.8 km). Located with Hansted Å in the backyard, there is a great view of the river with ample opportunity to take a walk along the idyllic river and watch birds – including the ice bird. The game reserve Nørrestrand has nice trail systems around the lake, past wild horses and bird towers and all the way to Horsens Fjord. Family-friendly apartment with home theater, board games, aquarium and the possibility to borrow a canoe.

You'll be close to everything when you (up to 8 people) live in this centrally located home. In 5 min. you can go to supermarkets, pharmacy, sushi, pizzerias, specialty shops, hairdressers, ball courts, skate park, cafe, doctors, dentists oma. In the car, you can reach Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg in under 25 minutes. And in less than an hour you can Legoland, Djurs Summerland, Billund and Aarhus airport, Herning, Vejle, Kolding, Viborg and almost to Aalborg. The villa has its own charger for your electric car. Enjoy the beautiful views from our home. The house is right down to a nice sandy beach with ample opportunity to swim or maybe even kitesurf. The house is located a few km from Aarhus which is an exciting city with many attractions and good opportunities to shop or eat at a restaurant. This 200 m2 house offers everything you could dream of for a good holiday. Sit in the living room and enjoy the view of the ocean, take advantage of the outdoor spa with the same view, or go to the basement and play billiards or watch a good movie.

There are 6 beds, sofa, 2 folding mattresses and a travel bed for children under 2, so the place is suitable for a large family or many overnight guests. Located in an oasis and with less than 10 minutes walk to the forest and sea this apartment has all you’ll need for your stay in Aarhus. There are cafes, a cinema and shops just down the street and it’s only a short drive/20 min walk from the city centre. You can literally have it all, including a quiet night in, if you want. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a comfortable double bed and living room with a quality sofa bed.
