The house is located a few kilometers from Aarhus, which is an exciting city with many attractions and good opportunities for shopping or dining at a restaurant. This 200 m2 house offers everything you could dream of for a good vacation. Sit in the living room and enjoy the view of the sea, use the outdoor spa with the same view, or go down to the basement and play billiards or watch a good movie.

There are cafes, a cinema and shops just down the street and it’s only a short drive/20 min walk from the city centre. You can literally have it all, including a quiet night in, if you want. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a comfortable double bed and living room with a quality sofa bed.

Home theater in the basement, and table tennis, mirrors, speakers and darts in the activity room. There are chickens in the garden and 3 cats that can go into the basement. Therefore, a father-in-law or neighbor will come by every 3 days to feed the animals, they will be happy to help with questions :-)

The house has a lovely livingroom full of light and atmosphere. Furthermore you can step right into a wonderful garden. Here you will find terraces, beautiful flowers, herbs to use for your cooking, garden funitures, hamocks, grill and lots of sun.
