Central and charming townhouse from 1700, The house has been newly renovated inside and out and furnished with high-quality furniture and lovely other fittings. Nice bathroom with good decor. One bedroom has two large wardrobes and a 180 x 210 cm bed. From there, access through a glass door leads to the second bedroom, which has a 160 x 200 cm bed. There is sunshine for most of the day on the two terraces, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a delicious lunch, and a drink at sunset. No dishwasher, but crystal, faience and silverware instead🤩

The most beautiful sea view from the 1st floor's large terrace lounge. Cozy enclosed courtyard with trampoline and lovely nooks, - 1.5 km to Kaløvig Castle Ruin Parking is not available directly at the house, but 20 meters up the street where there is free parking. Plenty of lovely shopping, restaurants and cafes are just around the corner.
