Dear guests! My place is peaceful and central. In Angers centre, 2 min walk to the train station, zero noise, absolute calm! Bed 140X190 made on arrival, on the mezzanine, which leaves you space in the main room. Chaise longue sofa, equipped kitchen: microwave/grill, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee included). Towels provided. Work-study students accepted with schedule booked in advance, send a message about this.

Come and enjoy an exotic and soothing setting in this architect's house of more than 200m2 located in a recent and quiet residential area. This is our main residence that we rent during our holidays. Note our little cat named Zadig lives on site . This house has 4 beautiful bedrooms, a gym, a large living room, a beautiful terrace that calls for convivial moments with friends or family, a SPA and a pool!

The apartment is close to the train station, the city center, UCO, access to public transport (Morellerie stop at the bottom of the building towards train station, city center/Aquavita etc). You will also have the choice to take the tram 900m stop Bamako. For guests with a vehicle, it is very easy to park ( all spaces are free) at the bottom of the building where ample parking is available for your use.
