The Little Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

The Bacchus gîte (200 m2) is located 7 kilometers from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. It has an 80 m2 terrace with countryside views and a 3500 m2 plot. Shared pool access Interior: 1 entrance, 1 living room of 45 m2, 1 kitchen of 35 m2, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 120 x 190, 1 bedroom 2 beds 90 x 190, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Full of interesting books and eastern rugs Les Jesuites is the ideal place for a heavenly break at any time of year .

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Shared swimming pool with us, heated from June to September (access from 10 am to 7 pm). 10 minutes from the centre of Angoulême.
