Large apartment in the city center with balconies in all rooms! 5-minute walk to the city center, 15 minutes to the train station! Spacious accommodation! Two bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 1 double bed), equipped kitchen, large living room (with 2-seater sofa bed)! Music (speaker, piano, guitar but parties prohibited), sports, many board games, dvd, everything is available in the apartment for a great stay!

Gîte La Marguerite

Ancient Charentaise house from the 18th century, the charm of stone combined with modern comforts with a private terrace overlooking the surrounding hillsides. The village center is within walking distance, there is a quality butcher shop, a bakery, a post office with access to local tourist information, the town hall, a laundromat and a convenience store "SPAR". Lots of things to do in the area. At the crossroads of the Gironde, the Charente-Maritime and the Dordogne.

You will have all the shops (supermarket, tobacco, bakery, pharmacy, bank, post office) within a 10-minute walk. Located in a quiet area with large terrace and garden. 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped. You will also have condiments, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar. I provide bath towels. Bed linens are provided.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.
