Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is about 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to playground and open space with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the veranda door is a small sandbox for children, as well as a lush garden that can be used together with the host. Kristiansand Zoo is only 25 minutes drive away. The annex has a simple standard, but all the amenities needed for short stays.

Moderne enebolig fra 2021 med to bad. Alt av fasiliteter for en familie, barneleker, barnestoler, huske, trampoline, koselig sofagruppe ute i hagen med solstoler, daybed på veranda i 2. etg. osv.. Har også treningsapparater i utebod, dersom leietaker liker å få unna en liten trim i ferien. I boden i tilknytning kjøkken er det tilgjengelig en liten arbeidsstasjon med pult. Vi har også installert varmepumpe som er vel så nyttig på varme sommerdager(A/C) som på vinter, samt zip screen.
