With original pine floors and beamed ceilings, as well as gorgeous timber and brick walls in the living room that add a charming glow to the space. The house has a new kitchen with dishwasher among other things, in addition it has a new, delicate bathroom with shower. The place sits well up a steep hill, has sun from morning to evening and views towards water and boating. On the down side is the place's jetty with its own bathing ladder. About 2 km to Arendal center - either by bus or ferry

Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city centre and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

Welcome to Sørlandet and this lovely house Here you can enjoy the view of the marina, or walk a hike on the path down to the beach for swimming. You stay centrally at Fevik, a nice village between Grimstad and Arendal. The plot adjoins free area and hiking trail. From here you can walk to several of the lovely beaches that Fevik is known for. The house has a large and undisturbed patio, with sun from morning to late evening. The zoo and Sørlandssenteret are a 30 min drive away.
