Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

The place is located in Grimstad city center with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the university (UIA). Many beautiful beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV corner, fridge, kitchenette with kettle and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost NOK 100 extra per day.

Badetrapp 10 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering med mulighet for å lade elbil. 6 min å kjøre til Arendal by, busser hvert kvarter. Mulighet for langtidsleie fra 20. august 2026. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Nice and stylish apartment at the edge of the jetty in Arendal. The apartment is located on Barbu Brygge with 2-5 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, park, shop, bakery, parking garage and much more. Arendal city center is approx. 5-10 minutes walk. You can expect to arrive at the apartment as it is presented in the pictures.

Great location right on the waterfront, guests can use the part of the jetty that is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE JETTY and the sea hut and the beach we use. (Not for tenants,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pcs during the summer season.
