You live in a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. The remaining part of the house is not used during the summer. Annex with pool bar and outdoor room under a roof of about 30 sqm. A holiday tip is to start the day by paddling a trip in the archipelago and watch the day come to life. Then take a refreshing morning swim in the sea or in the pool and then enjoy a well-deserved breakfast, preferably by the pool while sunbathing. The annex is not designated as a bedroom. Evacuation requirements and fire alarm requirements are met.
