Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval water castle and Romanesque church between Waldviertel and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain divisible. Bikes, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, ping pong table and the sauna with bathroom and outdoor shower are freely available to you. Our Gastsuite for 2 persons (1 double bed 160 cm - Boxspringbed 180 cm ist ordered) with private bathroom and toilet is quietly located, surrounded by beautiful nature. There is also a private terrace and small garden adjacent to the room. From this accommodation there is a connection to many leisure and sports opportunities such as winter and summer walks, winter sports (ski area Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm), in National Park Kalkalpen. Ideal for a few days vacation to completely relax.

Gorgeous Traditional Family House & Mountain View

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

Exclusive unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The closed residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean designed private house only ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of her bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance so that your holiday will be a real dream holiday.

The apartment (approx. 75m² ) is very spacious and offers a high-quality and luxurious furnishings. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed & flat screen TV, a large kitchen and dining area (for 6 pers.), a cozy sofa corner (sofa bed) as well as a private sauna and 2 large terraces for exclusive use. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/WC. Thanks to the large panoramic windows you have a fantastic view of the mountain landscape.
