Our farm, with its sheep and chickens, is the perfect place to slow down. Sauna & jacuzzi can be used exclusively thanks to reservation system. Sustainably built, an oasis of enjoyment on the farm. Between Graz and South-East Styria – perfect for groups and couples of friends.

Old barn for outdoor people

For outdoor lovers! When you open your eyes in the morning in our hayloft, you'll find yourself surrounded by nature, yet lying in a cozy bed. Staying with us is like a vacation that combines camping and comfort, because you'll be sleeping in an old hayloft. To get to the bathroom, you'll first have to climb the stairs and walk through the barn. Running water is only available outside. Our Airbnb is for anyone who enjoys being outdoors, loves campfires, and simply wants some peace and quiet.

Fewo Opa Adam, the gem on Donkhof

The Donkhof is a Tyrolean farmhouse that is around 200 years old and has been lovingly renovated by us in recent years using ecological building materials. Throughout the house there are solid wood floors, the walls are designed with lime plaster and clay paint. Many details have been restored, such as murals and old beams, but of course bathrooms and kitchens have been furnished according to the latest standards. Awarded the title '4 Edelweiss S' by the private landlord association Tyrol!

Pötti Studios. Studio in Ruhelage

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Nature's magnificent idyll in a quiet location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

"Troadkasten" (storage place for grain)

Get ready for a quite special holiday experience in our "Troadkasten", which, built in the 16th century, used to be a storage place for grain. Indulge in the marvellous view of the Traunstein from your balcony, while the traditional, cosy furniture takes you back in time. The millstone-table in the garden offers the perfect ambience for some quality time together. With our well bubbling fresh water in front of the house, you will definitely get into the perfect holiday mood!

The Lodge - Paradise in the spa and golf region

Our beautiful lodge is located in Hackerberg - on the edge of Southern Burgenland with a wonderfully wide view of Southeast Styria. The location of this dream property in a secluded location is the ideal starting point for your individual vacation. In just 10 minutes you can reach the golf & spa region of Stegersbach, Bad Walterdorf or Bad Blumau. The house is the ideal starting point for cycling tours in the area or just to enjoy a barbecue on the spacious terrace.

QUIET RELAXING VACATION RENTAL

The accommodation is located on a quiet organic farm in a secluded location in the Salzburg countryside. Ideal for relaxing, but also perfect for cycling or walking in the middle of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are between 2 km and 7 km away. The Ibm Moor is about 5 km away. The apartment has a bathroom, a kitchen with induction hob and a refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not provide a transfer service.

Rossweid Cottage

The cozy Roßweid Hütte is situated in an idyllic and peaceful panoramic location in picturesque Stans in Tyrol, not far from the famous Wolfsklamm gorge and the pilgrimage site of St. Georgenberg with its impressive rock monastery. Surrounded by chickens, rabbits, goats and horses on the landlords' farm, the hut promises an unforgettable nature experience. The hosts on site are extremely eager and friendly to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
