Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and a Romanesque church, between the Waldviertel and Weinviertel regions near Eggenburg. Cosy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-diner. Sleeping area can be separated with a curtain. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, a sand playground, a table tennis table and a lovely bathing area in the village are freely available to you. In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The felt studio on stilts offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Highlight is a wood-fired extra stove . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm) There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
