Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Axams

Christina's apartment and her hospitality were outstanding. Nothing was missing, the apartment was sparkling clean, big and decorated with an eye for details. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer in retrospect. Christina herself has good tips on the area, was always just a message away and made us feel at home. All in all, a very nice stay.

Great villa very well maintained

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Beautifully located apartment, easy to find. Very central for skiing (8 min by car mayrhofen) Large rooms, all with sink and mirror. Large balconies. Overall, it was a wonderful fit for 9 people. Ski depot was included in the basement However, you should discuss exactly how many people are coming there and are officially registered. This has led to additional costs.

We had a lovely week. It was clean, the decor very nice, we had everything we needed. Kathrin was within easy reach.

Josef & Faith were great hosts! They made check in easy, offered up great recommendations to supplement the plans we already had. Beautiful view of the Alps from the porch of the apartment. If you’re visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen I cannot recommend their home highly enough.

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

We had a great time, Laura was really kind and helpful! They gave us some helpful tips. I would say that the location of the apartment is worth its cost, even just because of the proximity to Lake Braies, but not only. We recommend it 😊

Smooth Check-in and Check-out. Location is very convenient and super close to city attractions. Enjoyed beautiful view of Mountains from the Balcony. We spent two nights at this apartment in Seefeld from April 28-30. We were 4 adults and one toddler (1 year old and 8 months old). The apartment is fully as described – everything was clean, tidy, and all of the furniture and appliances worked perfectly. Special thanks to host Andreas: he always responded very quickly to messages (usually within 30 minutes), personally welcomed us, explained everything in detail and even provided a crib and high chair – that was very helpful. From the window you have a wonderful view of the Hohe Munde, and the area is pleasantly quiet. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Superb value for money. We have found no deficiencies and are happy to recommend this property.

We had a wonderful week in Dagmar's apartment. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need as a family with two children. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Buses leave nearby for the Kronplatz ski resort, but we used the car for this. Communication with Dagmar and Max was totally pleasant, all questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay and spectacular location! You can walk to so many spots in Garmisch. The bed was so comfy after a long day exploring. The TV was large and had many apps we could use. It’s on a Main Street, but honestly couldn’t hear the outdoor noise when the windows were shut. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is superb. It’s spotlessly clean and modern with everything and more you could want. The location was fantastic and you could walk up to the old town in minutes. Overall I would totally recommend anyone book it for a wonderful stay in Fussen.
